Submission

Please read the following submission instructions before you submit your application:

• The applicant must be a Masters or PhD student at the EECS school at LSU
• Applicants from the division of Computer Science and Engineering MUST have at least one accepted conference or journal (first author) paper under the LSU affiliation
• Applicants from Electrical Engineering MUST have at least one accepted journal (first author) paper under the LSU affiliation
• The applicant MUST have at least one under review/accepted journal (first author) paper under the LSU affiliation OR one accepted conference (first author) in a venue in this list.
• Only one application form is allowed for each eligible student.
• To apply, fill out the application form.
• Email the application form to one of the organizing committee members. Make sure to CC your academic advisor.
• The deadline for submitting your application form is January, 20th, 2017. Applications after the deadline will not be considered.
• Accepted applicants will be notified by email.
